1. Introduction

Welcome to A2B Haul Inc. ("Website", "App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application, available at a2bhaul.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

A2B Haul Inc. connects customers with service providers in transportation. Our primary function is to obtain customers who order transportation services for a specific pre-selected task. Our algorithm then matches the customer with the appropriate transporter who will perform the service.

We provide two main services:

Junk Removal: This includes the removal of specific types of waste generated primarily during property renovations or construction, such as construction debris, soil, particle boards, and unwanted household items (e.g., garage cleanouts) or old furniture that cannot be disposed of by conventional means.
Construction Moving: This involves the transportation of construction materials from point A to point B.

 

3. User Accounts

Customers: Creating an account is optional for customers who wish to order our services.
Service Providers: Providers must complete a registration form and undergo a manual verification process conducted by us. Upon successful verification, an account is created for the provider, which they use to log in to the mobile app and receive job assignments.

 

4. Information Collection

We collect the following information from users:

Email address
Phone number (for sending SMS notifications during the service process)
Pickup location
Type of waste
Final destination (if applicable)
Billing information

 

5. User Responsibilities

Customers are required to ensure that access to the materials or waste to be transported is available.

 

6. Payments

All payments must be made in advance through the Stripe payment gateway. Once the payment is recorded, the customer's details are sent to our QuickBooks account, where an invoice is generated and sent to the customer via email. The invoice is also available in the customer's account if they chose to register.

 

The price for the service is determined before the service is ordered, and no additional charges will be applied. Customers select the size of the vehicle (and thereby the amount of waste that can be transported) themselves. They are informed about the size and weight in advance. If more waste needs to be transported, a new transportation order must be placed.

 

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and QuickBooks for invoicing. By using our services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

 

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or guarantees. We disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from the use of our Web App or services.
